TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF “ANOR BANK” JSC
DEAR SHAREHOLDERS!
Bekamin B.V., being the owner of 50% of the shares of “ANOR BANK” JSC, in accordance with the requirements of Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights" (reg. No. ZRU-370 of 06.05.2014) announces an offer to the owners of the remaining shares of “ANOR BANK” JSC to sell their shares at a price of 1,000 (one thousand) soums.
The period for shareholders to apply for the sale of their own shares is 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this announcement. Shareholders of “ANOR BANK” JSC wishing to sell their shares can send their applications to the following addresses:
