for the current repair of the premises of the Olmazor Call Center 


1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Reference defines the requirements for the construction of the premises.

1.2. The facility must have customer access, secure equipment and comply with the bank's corporate standards.

2. Purpose of the object

2.1. The premises are designed to provide convenient and safe access to customers.

2.2. The design must provide protection against atmospheric influences, unauthorized access and vandalism.

3. Basic requirements

3.1. Type of construction: priming the ceiling in 1 layer with twig compositions, painting the ceiling with water-based twig paint, cleaning the walls from paint, beating plaster off the walls,  complete leveling of the walls, wall sheathing with décor panels.

3.2. Gender:

Base – dismantling of MDF skirting boards, installation of self-leveling floor

Coating – dismantling of quartz vinyl flooring, installation of cement floor screed, installation of flooring from quartz vinyl tiles on glue.

3.3. Doors: replacement of the entrance door hinges, replacement of the front door closer

3.4. According to the proposed defective act.

5. Quality and Work Requirements

5.1. All work must be carried out in accordance with the current building codes and rules.

5.2. The Contractor shall ensure:

supply of all materials;

installation and construction works;

cleaning of the territory after the completion of work.

6. Terms of work

6.1. The term of work performance is determined by the contract, approximately 20 calendar days from the date of signing.

7. Warranty

7.1. The warranty for the work and materials performed is at least 12 months.

8. Qualification requirements for the contractor

8.1. Experience in performing similar work.

8.2. Availability of qualified personnel.

8.3. Compliance with safety regulations during the performance of work.
