TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
for Conducting a Tender to Select a Supplier of Prize Products for the Second Stage of the “ANORBONUS” Campaign
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
In order to conduct the second stage of the “ANORBONUS” campaign, aimed at increasing participant engagement and encouraging customer activity, a tender process is initiated to select a supplier of prize products.
The procured products are intended to be used as gifts and prizes for campaign participants.
2. PROCUREMENT SUBJECT
The Supplier shall provide the following products:

3. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
3.1. All supplied products must be new, genuine, and unused.
3.2. The products must be delivered in their original factory packaging and include all accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
3.3. An official manufacturer’s warranty must be provided for all products.
3.4. The Supplier shall provide documents confirming the quality and origin of the products.
3.5. For vehicles, the Supplier shall provide a complete set of documents required for registration and transfer to the campaign winners.
4. SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS
The Supplier shall:
possess the legal right to conduct the relevant business activities;
ensure delivery of the products within the agreed timeframes;
provide warranty and after-sales service in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements;
have experience in supplying similar products;
submit a commercial proposal in accordance with the requirements of this Technical Specification.
5. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
The commercial proposal must include:
full legal name of the organization;
supplier’s registration and banking details;
price of each item;
total proposal value;
delivery timelines;
payment terms;
warranty obligations;
information on product availability or delivery lead times;
contact details of the responsible representative.
