TERMS OF REFERENCE

For the Capital Renovation of Premises at the Bukhara Operational Office

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Reference defines the requirements for the construction and renovation of the premises.

1.2. The facility shall ensure convenient customer access, equipment security, and compliance with the Bank’s corporate standards.

2. Purpose of the Facility

2.1. The premises are intended to provide convenient and secure customer service.

2.2. The structure shall provide protection against weather conditions, unauthorized access, and vandalism.

3. Main Construction Requirements

3.1. Structure type: gypsum board (drywall) partitions.

3.2. Doors:

entrance door made of aluminum profile with double-glazed glass;
installation of a door closer;
locks and access control system (if required).

3.3. Flooring:

base: concrete screed;
finish: porcelain stoneware tiles or anti-slip flooring.

4. Engineering Systems

4.1. Power Supply:

connection to existing electrical networks;
installation of power outlets for ATMs and additional equipment;
internal and external lighting.

4.2. Lighting:

LED lighting fixtures;
sufficient illumination level for 24/7 operation.

4.3. Air Conditioning and Ventilation:

installation of a split-system air conditioner or ventilation system to maintain the required temperature.

4.4. Low-Current Systems:

installation of communication and internet cabling;
installation of a video surveillance system (if required);
installation of a security alarm system.

5. Safety Requirements

5.1. Compliance with fire safety regulations.

5.2. Use of non-combustible or low-combustible materials.

5.3. Structural resistance to external mechanical impacts.

6. Quality and Work Requirements

6.1. All works shall be performed in accordance with applicable construction standards and regulations.

6.2. The Contractor shall ensure:

supply of all required materials;
execution of installation and construction works;
site cleaning upon completion of works.

7. Work Completion Period

7.1. The completion period shall be determined by the contract and is estimated at ___ calendar days from the date of signing.

8. Warranty Obligations

8.1. Warranty for completed works and materials shall be no less than 12 months.

9. Contractor Qualification Requirements

9.1. Experience in performing similar works.

9.2. Availability of qualified personnel.

9.3. Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during the execution of works.
