JSC “Anorbank” announces a tender for the development of a universal design code for the bank’s branches. 

Project Objective

The purpose of this project is to develop a unified universal design code for all Anorbank branches in order to create a recognizable, modern, and comfortable customer service environment.

The design code should provide a unified approach to the design of both existing and future bank branches, reflect the values of the Anorbank brand, and comply with modern standards for banking spaces.

Project Scope

The project includes the following tasks:

• development of a universal design code concept for Anorbank branches;

• creation of a unified architectural and interior design style for the bank’s branches;

• development of standards for exterior facades and interior spaces;

• preparation of recommendations for zoning customer and staff areas;

• development of standards for navigation, signage, and branded elements;

• recommendations for materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements;

• preparation of a comprehensive design guide for the development and modernization of branches.

Expected Deliverables

At the end of the project, the contractor must provide:

• a universal design code for Anorbank branches;

• a design guideline for the development of new branches and modernization of existing ones;

• visual concepts for interior and exterior design;

• recommendations for adapting the design code to different branchformats.

Requirements for Participants

Companies participating in the tender should have:

• experience in developing architectural and interior concepts for commercial or banking spaces;

• a portfolio of completed projects;

• experience in developing design guidelines or branded environments.

Proposal Submission

Commercial proposals should include:

• description of the project implementation approach;

• company portfolio;

• estimated project timeline;

• project cost.
