Dear Partners and Potential Contractors,

JSC “ANOR BANK” invites specialized companies to participate in a tender for the right to conclude a contract for advertising services and consulting support in Tashkent and the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Project Objective:

To increase ANOR BANK brand awareness and attract new customers through the installation of high-rise advertising structures featuring the bank’s logo and the placement of advertising materials on key LED screens in the capital city.

TENDER LOTS:

Lot No. 1: Rooftop Space Leasing and Advertising Structure Placement

Scope of Services: Provision of rooftop spaces for lease for the installation of advertising structures displaying the JSC “ANOR BANK” logo.

Geography and Volume: A total of 9 locations (1 structure in each city): Tashkent, Namangan, Andijan, Kokand, Fergana, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Bukhara, and Nukus.

Lot No. 2: Outdoor Advertising Placement on LED Screens in Tashkent

Scope of Services: Placement of advertising materials on LED screens.

Number of Locations: 4 key locations in the capital: Ecopark, French Embassy area, TSUM, and Kashgar.

Lot No. 3: Consulting Services for State Registration of Advertising Sites

Scope of Services: Preparation, collection, and full legal/consulting support of documentation required for obtaining state registration (advertising site passports).

85 Shahrisabz Street, Tashkent (Head Office of JSC “ANOR BANK”).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

Must have official legal entity status registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At least 3 years of experience in outdoor advertising and advertising site consulting services.

Availability of direct ownership rights or long-term lease agreements for the proposed rooftop spaces and LED structures.

No ongoing legal disputes, tax debts, or status as an unreliable supplier.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS:

Interested organizations should submit a package of documents in sealed envelopes or via the official email address of the tender committee.

Required Documents:

Commercial proposal with a detailed price breakdown for each lot;
Company registration and incorporation documents;
Portfolio of completed similar projects.
