ANORBANK Announces a Tender for repair works at ANORBANK Chirchik Sales Office (SO)
1. General Information
This technical specification has been prepared to conduct a tender for selecting a contractor to perform repair works at ANORBANK Chirchik SO.
The works shall be carried out based on a defect report prepared following the inspection of the premises by the commission.
The contractor must perform the full scope of repair and installation works specified in this document using high-quality materials and in compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations.

3. Quality Requirements
All works must be carried out in accordance with applicable construction standards and regulations.
All materials used must be new, of high quality, and comply with established standards.
The contractor must ensure compliance with occupational safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements.
Works must be carried out with minimal impact on the Bank’s operations.
4. Contractor Requirements
Organizations participating in the tender must:
• have experience in similar construction and repair works;
• have qualified personnel and necessary technical resources;
• have the legal right to perform construction and installation works;
• ensure completion of works within the established timeframe.
5. Work Completion Period
The timeframe for completion of the works will be determined based on the tender results and specified in the contract with the winning contractor.
6. Acceptance Procedure
After completion of the works, the contractor shall submit the completed works for acceptance by the Customer. Acceptance shall be carried out by the authorized commission of the Customer with the signing of the completion certificate.
7. Warranty Obligations
The contractor shall provide a warranty for the completed works for not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate.
