JSC "ANOR BANK" announces a tender for the production of branded packaging envelopes for "HUMO Moment" instant cards.

Dear partners and prospective suppliers,

JSC "ANOR BANK" invites specialized printing and manufacturing companies to participate in a tender for the right to conclude a contract for the production and supply of branded packaging products for the Bank's needs.

1. Scope of Tender and Volumes (Technical Specifications)

* Product type: Cardboard envelope (specialized branded packaging for bank instant cards).

* Total quantity: 80,000 (eighty thousand) units.

* Finished envelope size: 10 × 15 cm.

2. Structural and Technical Requirements

* Display window: The envelope must include a special cut-out/window allowing visual display of the card inside.

* Card insertion: The card should be inserted easily and securely.

* Sealing mechanism: The envelope must be tightly sealed using a self-adhesive strip (silicone tape / peel-off strip).

* Opening mechanism: The upper part of the envelope should allow easy and neat opening by the customer through high-quality perforation or a tear-off flap.

* Hanging feature: A standard euro slot should be provided at the top center of the envelope for placement on branded retail and display stands.

3. Design and Printing Requirements

* Concept: The design should be modern, minimalist, and technology-oriented, in accordance with the JSC "ANOR BANK" brand book.

* Product focus: The visual emphasis should be placed on the "Moment" product, highlighting instant issuance and immediate usability.

* Front side: Must contain a concise description of the product benefits.

* Reverse side: Must include brief step-by-step instructions for users and designated areas for QR codes linking to the Bank’s digital services.

4. Qualification Requirements for Participants

* Official legal entity status registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

* At least 3 years of experience in the production of complex printing, packaging, or promotional products.

* Availability of in-house production facilities or direct contracts ensuring fulfillment of the required quantity within the established deadlines.

* No ongoing litigation with financial institutions, no critical tax liabilities, and absence from the register of unreliable suppliers.

## 5. Procedure and Conditions for Submission of Commercial Proposals

Interested organizations are required to provide the following documents:

* Commercial proposal with a detailed cost calculation per unit and for the entire quantity (including VAT);

* Specification of materials used (cardboard type and density, quality of adhesive strip);

* Company registration documents;

* Portfolio of similar completed projects and, if possible, samples of products with similar construction.
