JSC Anor Bank announces a tender for consulting services related to the development, design, and implementation of a customer loyalty ecosystem.
The goal of the project is to create a modern loyalty system aimed at increasing customer engagement, expanding the use of banking products, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Scope of the Tender
The services to be provided include the following:
1. Current State Analysis (AS-IS)
analysis of existing loyalty programs and marketing activities of the bank
analysis of customer segments and user scenarios
review of international best practices and competitive landscape
2. Development of the Loyalty Ecosystem Concept (TO-BE)
development of a loyalty program strategy
design of bonus, cashback, gamification, and reward mechanisms
development of customer journeys and user scenarios
3. Architecture and Technology Model
development of the target architecture of the loyalty system
definition of integrations with banking systems and digital channels
recommendations for selecting a technological platform
4. Implementation and Scaling Plan
development of the implementation roadmap
definition of key performance indicators (KPI)
recommendations for pilot launch and further scaling
Requirements for Participants
Companies with experience in the following areas are invited to participate:
development and implementation of loyalty programs
consulting in CRM, CDP, and customer ecosystems
projects in banking or fintech sectors
development of customer experience (CX) strategies
Submission of Proposals
Interested companies may submit commercial proposals including:
description of the proposed methodology and project approach
experience in similar projects
project team and key experts
service cost and project timeline
JSC Anor Bank reserves the right to request additional information and conduct negotiations with tender participants.
Terms of Cooperation
With successful commercial proposals, a service agreement will be concluded with post-payment terms.
