Subject of the Tender

1. Project Objective

Creation of professional photo and video content for presenting a real estate property for advertising, marketing, and presentation purposes, including use on websites, social media, promotional materials, and presentations.

2. Scope of Work

2.1. Photography

The contractor is required to provide:

• interior photography;
• exterior photography;
• landscape and territory photography;
• architectural and interior detail photography;
• photography of the property’s advantages and surrounding infrastructure.

Requirements for photo materials:

• number of final edited photos: from 40 to 80;
• horizontal and vertical shots;
• professional color correction;
• HDR processing if required;
• photo retouching;
• minimum resolution of 4000 px on the long side;
• delivery of materials in JPG and RAW formats.

2.2. Videography

The contractor is required to prepare:

Main video:

• duration: 1–3 minutes;
• presentation format for website, YouTube, and advertising materials.

Short videos:

• duration: 15–60 seconds;
• adapted for social media platforms.

Vertical versions:

• 9:16 format for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

Requirements for video materials:

• filming in no less than 4K resolution;
• use of stabilized camera equipment;
• smooth walkthroughs and cinematic shots;
• drone usage if required;
• professional editing;
• color grading;
• titles and basic graphics;
• music selection compliant with copyright requirements.

2.3. Aerial Filming (Optional)

Subject to availability of the necessary permits and licenses:

• drone filming of the property;
• aerial overview of the site;
• demonstration of the property location;
• access roads;
• surrounding territory and infrastructure.

3. Requirements for the Contractor

The contractor must provide:

• portfolio of similar projects;
• list of equipment used;
• information about the team composition;
• project timelines;
• commercial proposal with detailed pricing;
• revision policy;
• information about experience in interior and architectural photography/videography.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• experience with premium real estate;
• availability of FPV and drone filming;
• experience creating content for developers, real estate agencies, and architectural firms.

4. Project Timeline

Planned project schedule:

• filming date: [to be specified];
• delivery of preview materials: within 1–3 days after filming;
• final delivery of materials: within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Requirements for the Commercial Proposal

The commercial proposal must include:

• retouching;
• transportation and travel expenses;
• project timelines;
• number of included revisions;
• payment terms;
• contractor’s legal status.

6. Evaluation Criteria for Tender Proposals

Contractors will be evaluated based on:

• portfolio quality;
• service cost;
• completion timelines;
• relevant experience;
• communication quality;
• technical equipment and capabilities of the team.

7. Additional Terms

• All exclusive rights to the created materials shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
• Publication of the materials in the contractor’s portfolio is allowed only after written approval from the client.
• The client reserves the right to request up to 2–3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
• Raw/source materials shall be transferred upon separate agreement.

Proposal Submission Deadline

Commercial proposals are accepted until 29.05.2026 inclusive.
