TERMS OF REFERENCE
for the Installation of Decorative Bamboo Panels
in the Lobby of the 1st Floor of the Bank’s 7-Storey Administrative Building
General Provisions
1.1. Customer: ANOR BANK
1.2. Facility: 7-storey administrative building of the Bank.
1.3. Place of performance: lobby of the 1st floor.
1.4. Grounds for works: necessity to renovate the interior and replace worn wall finishes.
Subject of Procurement
Execution of a комплекс of works for the supply and installation of decorative bamboo wall panels in the lobby of the 1st floor of the Bank’s building.
Scope of Works
The Contractor shall perform the following works:
• Site visit, measurements and preparation of working documentation.
• Dismantling of existing finishing materials (if required).
• Preparation of wall surfaces (leveling, priming, installation of frame if necessary).
• Supply of decorative bamboo panels.
• Installation of panels in accordance with the approved design solution.
