The HR Brand Central Asia Award 2023 ceremony was held in Almaty, where the ANORBANK cultural transformation project won second place in the Region nomination.
“If you want the world to change, become this change yourself,” is the motto of our project. Its key idea was the transformation of the company's corporate culture, which included updating the mission of our bank, as well as its values.
The HR Brand Central Asia Award is one of the most famous and authoritative awards for employers, recognizing the best projects in the field of HR. In the Region nomination, successful projects implemented in one of the cities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are highlighted and evaluated.
