OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT regarding the updated requirements for the minimum size of the authorized capital of banks
05.06.2023According to the amendments to Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Banks and Banking Activities”, the minimum authorized capital of a bank, starting from September 1, 2023, will be 200 billion soums, and from January 1, 2025, it should gradually reach 500 billion soums.
We inform you that ANOR BANK JSC has a sufficient amount of authorized capital, which is 325 billion soums as of June 1, 2023.
At the same time, we declare that with each stage-by-stage change in the requirements for the minimum size of the bank's authorized capital, ANOR BANK JSC will bring this indicator in line with the above requirements.
