On September 16, an appeal was received on the SberkassaUz Telegram page. In it, the client said that he ordered a card for free through the Anorbank application on June 24, 2022, but the card was not delivered. We have studied this issue. When the customer ordered the card, there was a technical limitation and the card order was not accepted. For this reason, the card was not delivered to the customer.
We contacted the client on September 17 and informed him that we had accepted the order for the card for free. Also, the card will be delivered free of charge. The card was delivered and activated on September 17th. The client has no claims for the services of the bank and for the service.
